WELCOME TO THE WORKSHOP

You don’t have to
rebuild alone.

Some losses stay with us. Some questions take time. Here, lived experience meets psychology, recovery traditions, philosophy, and faith—making room for an honest life, even while it remains unfinished.

04 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

From designing homes
to rebuilding a life.

Eric J. Harmon is an author, speaker, documentary creator, and podcast host based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

His work draws on a career in home design, design engineering, and executive leadership—and a life changed by illness, addiction, homelessness, grief, and starting again.

The questions at the center of the workshop are human ones: What gives us worth? How do we take responsibility without disappearing into shame? How do we find belonging in a changed life?
